The first thing you need to do is download the picture of the heart, print it out and take a picture of your lover with the heart. The more quirky and original the picture, the better chance you have of winning - but please stay safe and legal!
Note: To view and print the heart and to view Terms and Conditions and Competition Details document, you will need Actobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download it for free here
Once you have your photo (from your digital camera, camera phone or whatever), you'll need to put it onto your computer. During submission of your competition entry, you'll need to browse to the photo on your computer and upload it.
Ideally, your image should be around 450 pixels wide, but don't worry, our software will handle most sizes when uploading.
Once you complete your competition entry and upload your photo, you will see a thank you message. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your entry to the competition.
We will choose a daily, weekly and overall winner, based on the photo and your caption.
We'll email the winners and if you let us have your mobile number we'll call you if you win.
All photos sent to us will be displayed on the Photo Wall, so please check regularly for your photo.
